Art of Comic & Animation has slowly lost its appreciation due to the rapid growth of technology which resulted in the extension of entertainment tools. Even though many artists were born annually, the decline of readership caused them not to be able to self-sustain. The proposal of Fantasy Discovery Center is to reintroduce the essence of comic and animation, stimulate the interest of the public towards comic and animation by bringing them into the fantasy world created by artists. Pasar Seni was selected as the proposed site as it can be the catalyst to revive the traditional art that exists within Pasar Seni while also connecting two communities within one neutral ground. The main concept of the building design; shape and form was derived from the principle of drawing comics. The mixture of triangle and square geometry was to represent freedom of art, creating significant figures and strengthening the art identity of Pasar Seni.
