TechStore is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for managing day-to-day project coordination activities and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project coordination work.
- Assist in project planning, organizing, and cost control by monitoring progress.
- Supervise daily work processes to meet project schedules, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and clients.
- Maintain proper records of assigned projects, including inspections, drawings, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure quality work complies with contract requirements, specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Supervise and verify repairs, services, and maintenance work performed by suppliers.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance conducted on respective properties.
- Create and maintain a master list of defects and summary defects for monitoring.
- Coordinate and ensure project schedules meet targeted deadlines.
- Maintain an organized filing system for departmental reference.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong report analysis and preparation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
