Due to urbanization, ambulances in Klang valley are having a hard time to reach the standard of response time of 15 min, the average time for ambulances to reach the injured in Malaysia took 27min. Over the years, our healthcare infrastructure design is unable to cope with the current demand of today’s society. The improvement towards our emergency service could be reduced by attaching trauma centre facilities in our current community clinics as well as community centres. First contact of medical aid is crucial in saving life, as modern healthcare facilities are evolving due to lifestyle changes of medical emergencies. The architecture dissertation discussed the possibilities in providing a medical facility within unreachable communities to cope with emergency cases. The big idea behind this thesis is to create a new typology whereby medical facilities could be reached by the clustered urban community.
