Bursa is recruiting 15 protegees to join a once-in-a-generation technology refresh of the trading engine (project period: now–2028). Roles will expose participants to project management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and the exchange business & technology, with mentorship by an incoming ex-Accenture MD (PMO). Strong performers may be absorbed as permanent staff.
