We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves planning, managing, and executing sales activities to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify and follow up on potential sales and new business opportunities.
  • Grow the business by developing new leads and contacts.
  • Manage accounts for existing and potential customers.
  • Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent sales growth and increased market share.
  • Develop new markets and provide product advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals and strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide timely reports to management on market insights, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • In-depth understanding of competitive and market dynamics, product and technology trends, enterprise SaaS, and business applications.
  • Proven track record in consultancy sales, account management, and managed service solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers and executives.
  • Competence in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and PowerPoint presentations.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Prior working experience is advantageous.
