TechStore is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for managing day-to-day project coordination activities and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project coordination work.
  • Assist in project planning, organizing, and cost control by monitoring progress.
  • Supervise daily work processes to meet project schedules, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers and clients.
  • Maintain proper records of assigned projects, including inspections, drawings, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure quality work complies with contract requirements, specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Supervise and verify repairs, services, and maintenance work performed by suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on inspections, repairs, and maintenance conducted on respective properties.
  • Create and maintain a master list of defects and summary defects for monitoring.
  • Coordinate and ensure project schedules meet targeted deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for departmental reference.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong report analysis and preparation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
