The E-Genting Programming competition is an annual event organized by E-Genting to identify and hire programming talent for its Systems Research & Development department that maintains
the backbone system used by Genting casinos all over the world. The competition questions are open book, handwritten programming tasks. Two UTAR students managed to obtain a prize at this event:
- Wong Jia Hau (Distinction)
- Chan Kok Kuan (Merit)
