Job Descriptions:

  1. To perform general IT operations functions such as monitoring, maintaining and managing the daily 24×7 operation of IT services provided to clients.
  2. The scope of work covers Incident & Inquiry management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Service Level Management
  3. To provide quality technical support in the IT problems actively and in a timely manner.
  4. Creation of tickets to track and document resolution of problems.
  5. Interact with NTT MSC clients either by telephone or electronically to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, requests, and complaints about products and services.
  6. To maintain the coordination effectively with other professionals in delivering the services as and when needed.


  1. Open for fresh graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Willing to work in shifts (Morning & Night shift)
  3. Required language(s): Cantonese and English
  4. 5 Full-Time position(s) available
