Below are the job description & requirements:
- To perform general IT operations functions such as monitoring, maintaining and managing the daily 24×7 operation of IT services provided to clients.
- The scope of work covers Incident & Inquiry management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Service Level Management
- To provide quality technical support in the IT problems actively and in a timely manner.
- Creation of tickets to track and document resolution of problems.
- Interact with NTT MSC clients either by telephone or electronically to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, requests, and complaints about products and services.
- To maintain the coordination effectively with other professionals in delivering the services as and when needed.
- Open for fresh graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Willing to work in shifts (Morning & Night shift)
- Required language(s): Cantonese and English
