Software Support Engineer / Software Developer Responsibilities:
. Assist with the installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing usability of system.
. Work with principal support contacts to resolve technical problems.
. Implementing software programs.
. Testing and evaluating new software programs.
. Identifying areas for modification in existing software programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
Software Support Engineer / Software Developer Requirements:
. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
. Experience in using Windows and/or Linux Operating System.
. Exposure to .NET and Java is added advantage.
. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
. Excellent written and verbal communication.
. Ability to work as part of a team.
. Attention to detail.
Can start as soon as 1st May 2021 or later date depending on candidate’s availability.
